WAPOU are once again fielding a Movember Team to help raise money used to support men and women gain access to professional psychological help if ever faced with the challenges of poor mental health.
We each need to Stand T.A.L.R (Talk, Ask, Listen, Refer) in the battle against poor mental health among prison officers. If each WAPOU member donated just $10.00 each we would hit our $10,000 target out of the park! Get involved, grow a mo and donate just a few dollars to a great cause.
If anyone donates more than $20 you go into a draw to win a Limited Edition WINX ‘Pride of the Nation’ collage, framed donated by Ultimate Promotions - valued @ $239
WAPOU Training Academy Delegates Rob (the Irish Hulk) and Jamie (Handlebars) roped Devlyn and friends into cooking a breakfast BBQ for trainee prison officers this morning. The trio raised $330 - Brilliant!
4:45 am start for WAPOU Training & Engagement Manger Bodie, Industrial Officer Gerald and Hakea Officer, WAPOU Delegate and BBQ wizard Ben driving down from Perth!
Devlyn from BWP has gone above and beyond having sent his Movember update pictures all the way from South Africa whilst on holidays - Table Mountain in the background as evidence.
Devlyn is internationally committed to the cause and has in-fact raised the most money of any WA Prison Officer to date!
Excellent effort Devlyn - Absolutely outstanding!
Be like Devlyn - Sport those Bristle Brush beauties and donate, encourage others to donate and wear those Mo's with pride!
Josh from EGRP - Thank you for the Mo-progress images mate! Looking sharp as ever with a solid Bristle Brush upon the top lip! And most importantly, continuing to fly the flag for men's health Australia wide, well done!
