We have Pat and Adam over the $1000AUD milestone. A huge effort from them both.

Congratulations and keep up the good work!

There are plenty of more smashing it also, may it continue as we’re not even half way yet.

Amazing work team Boston Scientific Australia and New Zealand

Thank you so much for your amazing fundraising efforts so far.

You're all making a HUGE contribution to changing the face of men's health.

Fab work on the fundraising so far Team Boston ANZ.

DONATIONS ARE COMING IN THICKER AND FASTER THAN THE MO’s!

One last push for this week. Let’s get behind the cause and reach a $10,000 milestone.

It’s Giving Tuesday tomorrow, let’s use that as a perfect opportunity to get the team over the line. Thus far, we have done amazing, so a big pat on the back to everyone involved.

Keep Mo-ing

37kms cycled for men’s mental health - one for every birthday

Keep up the good work Team. We are past the $5000 mark, which is a fantastic achievement.
Let’s try for the $7500 milestone by the end of the week. A push to your network with a little personal message may do the trick

Most of all keep Mo-ving

Movember has grown to be increasingly personal to me over recent years… having the courage to be vulnerable, share and build trusting relationships goes along way towards shoring up mental health! Couple relationships with an awareness to how physical activity benefits the mind and you have a double edged sword for navigating life. Movember 2023 here we go…

Great work all! I can see there Kms and $’s increasing already.

Don’t forget to post some of your progress pics up in the forum and I’ll also create a teams channel later today.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported Movember in 2022.

Your contributions have provided a big investment into the Movember Foundation – supporting valuable resources, and tools for those who are struggling around Australia and New Zealand.

121 Week(s) Ago

Thank you to all the lovely people who supported my cause to raise money for Movember! Inspiration for another year.

124 Week(s) Ago

Keep Moving… we’re halfway through the month and the KMs tracked are well on the way to be record breaking!

We are also close to 7k AUD for the donations, that’s without any major communication within BSCI.

Tomorrow is the workshop and we will send a communication out for donation after that.

It’s great to be part of it and have you all on board.

Rolling into Movember ready to go both with the Mo and on the bike! The Wild West XCO Series starts in two weeks and I’m back on the bike in preparation looking ahead to ‘23

Great to see the donations rolling in already! There is an email coming out for ANZ shortly.

Lunch and Learn Reminder

We have a call with a special guest from Movember at 12 AEST

The guest speaker is Hugo Toovey, who is a multiple-cancer survivor and hosts a podcast called Behind the Uniform.

Once again, thanks for all of your efforts.

This Movember has been a journey all year long… 360 kms of racing, and countless more training. I’ve had a lot of time for reflection and introspection. Time for recognizing the tremendous challenge life is when we try to tackle things alone, not ask for help, be tough…

Movember reminds us to ask your friends, family and colleagues how they’re doing, to recognize setting aside your own initiatives and make time for them, to lend a compassionate ear to hear of a struggle or hard time and to avoid the temptation to solve, rather remain by their side and let them work through it with support.
