To remind fellow MoBros that sometimes life can throw some curveballs your way. In those times a healthy mind and body will be your best asset. I have lost a father to Cancer, a cousin to Suicide, and my Mental Health has suffered due to work-related stress. I want to harness the energy and emotion from those experiences. They can happen to any of us at any time. Talk, share and care is what I want to promote.

Movember milestone. Halfway through the MBA. Could not have gone this far without the full support of my girls. I did push myself too hard this year (especially with changes to my work situation) so happily saw the signs and took a break. Next leg, next year. Remembering it’s a Marathon not a sprint.
