My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In 2016 my dad took his own life. Ever since I have been committed to raising awareness around Men's Mental Health.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

This Movember, Danny and I will be riding a total of 2,151km as a team to represent the lives lost by men in Australia to suicide in 2016.

This Movember I am going to Move like I have never moved before, as my Dad was my biggest supporter when it came to me competing in events!
For the second year running, I'll Mo in his honour by:

- Spending 5 days hiking in Tasmania

- Competing in the WORLD's hardest half marathon - to the top of Mount Wellington in Tasmania
- Be part of a three person team taking part in a 24 hour Spinathon, aiming to ride over 200km in my turn

- I'll also consider any other suggestions

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
