My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In 2016 my dad took his own life. Ever since I have been committed to raising awareness around Men's Mental Health.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

This Movember, I will be running 60km, that's 60km for the 60 men we lose each day to suicide.

Running used to be what I did, 7 days a week - it was my place. a time out from a hectic and stressful life. in 2015 I injured my foot badly and have barely run since... this is going to be quite the challenge - 60km from November 6 - November 30.
