My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

The rate of suicide is alarmingly high. Globally, 3 out of 4 suicides are men and everyday around 6 men die from suicide in Australia alone.

As someone who has struggled with mental health issues in the past, I can see how one can spiral into a dark place if they are not encouraged to reach out.

The initiatives Movember supports and funds help men reach out and get the help they need. Your contribution will go toward the incredible and crucial work Movember does. Examples are assisting male veterans, youth and isolated individuals to connect and feel supported so they don’t deal with emotional pain alone, suffer or take their own lives.

Contributions will be assisting the Movember crew to continue this much needed work.
