My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, donations arent my primary focus (although they are welcomed). Due to the previous twelve months and current financial situation across the globe, I've decided to take the pressure off this year and just help people get involved, show support to the 20,000 people in my organisation and to be the best Team Captain for the GBS Tech Mos that I can.

This year, it's about my team mates, it's about you.

As a person who has experienced severe depression and anxiety due to childhood trauma their whole life, I understand the importance of getting men talking and changing the stigma that is attached to men. We do not need to be okay all the time, we do not need to wear a brave face and attack everything with the "She'll be right, mate" attitude. We've allowed the pub culture to become our norm for too long so help me, help men, change their lives and their attitude towards life.

You are up to good things, so we're showing a little gratitude. While you're supporting men's health, we want to support you, too.
