Field Services - TechMos
Telstra

$1,640

Target: $10,000
Amount raised last year: $9,833
Our Motivation

At Telstra, we believe in the power of community and conversation, especially during Movember. Men often find it hard to talk about their health and mental well-being, and this is particularly true in our male-dominated workforce.

We are committed to changing this. Our mission is to prevent men from dying too young, and we need your help to make a difference. This year, we’re aiming to raise $20,000 because every dollar can save a life.

Whether your donation is big or small, it all adds up and makes a significant impact. We deeply appreciate your support.

Remember, checking in with your family and friends with a simple “How are you going?” can be the start of something important. Together, we can create change. Let’s make this Movember count

Take every chance to be active, the clarity from a thirty minute walk alone can be life changing.

Quick Growmitment update

First psychology session done yesterday! Feeling really good after it. Was actually surprised how good it felt just to sit down, talk and empty my head a bit of all the stuff I've been carrying around.

That's 1 of 2 sessions done, one more to go and still have my blood or plasma donation to tick off.

Really glad I made these my Growmitments this year

Didn't quite make my $4K target, but I thought it only fair to pro rata what everyone so amazingly gave.

I set a goal to walk 60km for the 60 men we loose each hour of every day. I ended up walking 100km.
Remember every day is RU OK day.

All right you posers. Time for a lip-date. Show us your growth and post it.

I hate photos, especially selfies. But I'm doing it for this cause. We need to break the stigma and let us blokes be vulnerable; even for a moment. Just a simple chat can change the course.

Get on and support our team.

Had good comments and support from the full mutton chops. Now it's time to sport a horse-shoe for week 2.

Looking forward to see the fungus that has been grown.

Hey team,

Here's a Movember video for the GBS TechMos: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/-IQIBMLbqnk

Day 3 of Hairy Season and you guys are absolutely flying.

From Movember to each and every one of the GBS TechMos, thank you for changing the face of men's health.

Keep on Mo'ing!
Josh
